Rowain protects a target, Merovech blocks any kills in and out of his target. Sunrise can open up a QT with someone for 48 hours, Ichabod can send a limited size message to a player who can then reply once. Ichabod has only used it once, on Xenu IIRC, so if he is faking it then Xenu is scum too.

And I think Xenu is town because of his hard to fake outbursts and his power.

Merovech blocks all in and outgoing kills (by his claim) - I negate 1 kill happening to my target.

Proves for Merovech: OH didn't die despite Gazglum shooting him
Proves for me: Serdoa didn't die despite Azarius targetting him

I consider Xenu's outbursts unconvincing and quite easy to fake, and I don't think his power helps establish his alignment. I think Ichabod's claim sounds scummy and made up. Can he use it every night? That said, we have had weird roles already and for all we know everybody is honest about their role and scum has a factional ability on top of that. BRick is starting to feel like a bit of a bastard mod, though. Jowy, is your ability completely useless now?

Thing is, Xenu knew Merovech's role name before Merovech announced it. If Xenu is faking that role, then Merovech is scum as well.

Btw there is one tell in favor of Sunrise, on D1 he was online near the deadline but didn't try to save or bus a scum buddy. So if he is not scum, then Matt or Catwalk is? Or maybe I indeed shouldn't mark down Xenu as town so hastily.

Bob voted for Azza on D1, I think it's very likely he was deliberately bussed. I think Bob talked the communists into this play, and they're probably a bit annoyed with him now for it.

As for Xenu, he could well be a role seer who tells us about his reads and is also a communist.

No.. Only one player still alive who was on Azza, so scum at most had one guy on Azza. I think Bob killed a scum for the benefit of his own survival. The scum won't (can't?) kill him, so all he needed was the town not to kill him. Killing a scum gives you a pretty strong town lean.

Yes, Xenu could be that. The role fits a townie much better imo, but there's nothing concrete that says Xenu has to be town. Just my read.
