In other news, HAK is moving units up. The mini-stack blocking a city I'd like has moved N, and there's a spear and Dog enroute to CellPhoneWearer. This could be a bit of a problem, since I still don't really have anything that can hit stuff in defensive terrain until cats or without the appropriate counter unit. I've signed out a bit of a tactical scenario, but I'd like your hear your opinion Shoot. I've also pretty much played my turn aside from moving units of tactical significance, if you agree then could you complete the moves then end my turn?

Yeah, your signs look good. For the "how to kill" I'd say leave them if they stay on that tile until we have construction (only 2t). If they move off, just go in with war chariots. I'd actually switch your capital to another WC.
Question for you: what are your opinions on city locations in my south beyond the clams/cows/dyes/spices spot? I have two possible locations marked out (and a settler already in production for one of them and roads being built toward it). Thoughts on which one? The further east one would need an immediate missionary. How capable would you be of providing that?
I also really need a missionary for Accordion Player. Seven just popped third ring borders there and I'm about to lose my first ring until I get to second ring culture there. That or I have to whip a monument ASAP. What's the ETA on a missionary there?

Sounds good.

How likely are you to get a city NE of the banana? Since defense is a big problem for a site around there, I'll say unlikely. so I'd probably prefer the eastern one. The missionary is perhaps the main problem for the east site, but as explained below, if I send my first missionary to my capital I can probably get a religion in your eastern city t79.

Hmmm, I completed a missionary EoT, but I was hoping to use it on my capital for future missionary production. After a Temple that only takes 1t, I'll probably go back to 2t missionaries in Tshirt Launcher. It'll take 4t to reach Accordion from Tshirt anyway regardless, so if I add the 3t delay for faster future missionaries, that means I can spread religion t80 at the earliest. This is all assuming my first missionary isn't going to your southern city.
Since it seems your in a culture war, just finding a single source of culture from religion/monument IMO won't be enough, you need to be focusing somewhat on culture there. So instead of whipping a monument I'd see if you can whip a Library, if it doesn't take too much longer. Your new southern site probably needs the first missionary more.

HAK's W stack has moved back onto the tile it was originally on, so I can only presume it was a misclick of some kind? None of the units in the E moved in a way where I could retaliate, and if his spear and Dog end up on the same tile it will create another porcupine stack in defensive terrain that is difficult for me to get rid of, one which is much more of a nuisance to one of my existing cities then the one currently in my lands.
It is frustrating for sure, but a good play by HAK regardless. I haven't had the time to chop all the jungle down, so he's got woodsman units. Southern expansion is delayed as a result, but that's a border region anyway and I'm worst in power, so it was somewhat expected? Doesn't help me deal with it though. Will cats really be able to deal with it, or will I have to wait until something like Crossbows to deal with HAK?
At least I can continue expanding E for now though.

Cats and war chariots should be able to deal with it decently. Any small stack some WCs can take care of, but because of cats he can't move a stack too large without you able to get a very good rate of hammer exchange due to collateral.

Hey Shoot, just a random thought I had, but is there any reason you aren't running binary? I may be giving my entire gpt to you, but that still isn't enough for 100% research on your end anyway so I don't see why you shouldn't be.

Mosty just because on the last tech or two would have slowed us down (break even is between 70-80% and only three turn techs) but you're probably right I should at the very least do 50%-100% binary probably.

By the way, I may need you to cover for my turn if Smack don't finish theirs in the next 4 hours or so. I'll be on a bus or airplane for 19 hours tomorrow so unless they finish the turn tonight for me I'd miss it.
Also, I noticed you seem quite short on workers for the number of cities you have (while I have a couple extra probably). Do you want a worker by chance?

If your offering, then I don't see how I can turn down a worker. I haven't needed as many workers as usual before now since half my empire is coastal and SE doesn't need many worker improvements. Once I plant my next city in the east though, I will definitely be needing more workers over there; any you can give me now are appreciated.
