Followed Worker instructions, except those missing for Worker B - moved him 1NE and finished the road.
Unloaded the Chariot so the Settler could be added to the boat. Chose the Chariot rather than the Axe since that way on T98 you can still have all units on the same tile.
Turned up research to 100% after debating it for a while. At no point during the last 60 turns have you stored more than 250 gold at any time, so I figured you more likely than not intended to switch to 100%. Apologies if this wasn't your intention.
Whipped Grant Village as indicated in the spreadsheet, despite it having the Settler at 98/100. I guess you want the overflow hammers.
Not sure what you want to do with that Settler - the spot marked with an "x" to the southwest is no longer accessible unless you want to declare war on Caledorn and attempt to raze Opal. Might I suggest 1E of that location instead? Or did you want to head south to the Silver/Wheat spot?
Switched tiles at Canyon to work two of the nicer cottages (2c vs 1c) at Grant Village.

Thanks for playing the turn and for the detailed report. You did just as I would have done with the chariot, guessed rightly about turning tech on, and whipping Grant Village for overflow. I'll avoid war with Caledorn just now, no sense in going to war over a hill/tundra deer. The only thing I would have done differently is the cottage micro at Canyon. Despite the higher tile yields, I've prioritized working all cottages that overlap Yellowstone. It is arguable whether this is the optimal thing to do, but Yellowstone is likely to have my only Academy and it is growing tall sooner rather than later. But if that's all you "missed", you get an A+.
As soon as I've committed my axe to going somewhere else, a barb axe shows up in the south. I'll cover the new city site (1E of the current signpost) next turn with the chariot to ensure it is safe for the settler. The following turn, I can move the chariot N/NE/SE to attack the barb warrior if it somehow survives its battle with my c1/melee axe across the river next turn. As for Opal, Caledorn beat me to the location and I'm not going to start a war over a tundra hill deer. I'll settle 1E and get the silver online much sooner. Probably, Caledorn has done us both a favor here. This will be the most antagonistic border we'll have, but I'm going to end up with the PH sheep. I think he still gets a fish out of the deal, so he can live with this setup.
This, however, is another story. First, I'll state it plainly that I know that this marble city is a reach for me, will be difficult to defend, and very likely makes an enemy out of wetbandit for a long time, perhaps the entire game. I'm fine with all of that, as long as I can keep the marble. My score is really high and that will make other players less willing to trade resources to me, so I'm going to do what I have to do to secure what I need. So let's see what this situation really looks like...
First step: ascertain likelihood of opposition. Wetbandit is right there with me in power, which is good enough considering I have a cardboard cutout military. Can I get a good enough concentration of troops together to raze his city? I think that he has overextended to race to this position, and the earlier picture where he had a city razed on his land (or fought off Q's aggressive plant) makes me think that he won't have all of his forces in this area. So, I'll scout in and have a look...
Good news. The city is lightly held. I'll get just under 80% odds with my axe attacking across the river and once I declare war my chariot will bounce out of his territory and be available to attack and clean up next turn. Unless that spear can get into the city...
I don't see any road connections. One thing I forgot to check was to see if DoubleDare was a trading partner with any of my cities, but I'm reasonably certain that it is not connected by any roads. So, war it is.
I'm not trying to be needlessly antagonistic, but I hope he understands that I'm intending a limited campaign, quick and relatively inexpensive for both of us. No need to dump hundreds of hammers here. The one good thing about his city's placement is that it is not coastal, and is not therefore not a military liability for me. But I want the marble. [I did not send the offer with the text as written in the picture]
So here's where things stand, as of last turn. I took the axe/spear combo from West Yellowstone so they can unload in my new city next turn to defend. Or, if I just need to cover up my units, they'll be on hand to defend. I doubt wetbandit will have more forces than this immediately on hand. Fingers crossed. Taking the axe/spear out of West Yellowstone leaves me vulnerable to Caledorn if he decides on mischief, so I've taken some precautions.
First, Caledorn still lacks horses, giving me some breathing room. No two-movers is much easier to defend, and less expensive in what-if scenarios too.
If he should declare war and lack movement points on the vulture, I can whip a chariot and then attack out the following turn. If he still has movement points remaining, I'll have to return the boat from its cross-channel adventuring and suck up my losses over there. I think Cal is enjoying a peaceful border, though, so I'll continue taking chances here.
Moving the axe/spear garrison out caused an unhappy face, so I went ahead and double-whipped the library to completion and then swapped to the chariot. Maybe this was not the best play, we'll see. I have to come up with a unit to garrison this city or else just start building another worker with the unhappy face.

My conclusion is that he is still reeling a bit from PB13 and is building relatively more military than his neighbors, but that he is under expanding and is not going to be a contender. I'm hoping for a peaceful border until it's time to expand via conquest. Please build a ton of infrastructure and not a lot of units.
Going to war with the 22nd ranked military seems a bit... I just hope I'm right about wetbandit being overextended and me getting a local numerical superiority. 2 axes, a spear, and a chariot vs. a warrior and a c1 spear and ???? We'll see.
After maneuvering the diplomacy offer screen around to the war theater, I can see how good this offer is. Not quite good enough. Let me explain my thought process. I notice that the spear is not where it was previously, as expected. But it is not in the city, there is only a single warrior. So I have the warrior outnumbered 2:1 with my axe/chariot, so I'm going to plow in. Lastly, I noticed that wetbandit has settled another city, so he is flinging them down fast and furious. Can't defend everything. Like me, he's spread thin, so this ought to work.
That went well enough, and I found the spear. The good news is that he has not yet laid down the road, so attacking my new city will be harder, unless he wants to risk his workers to my reinforcing axe/spear combo.
I moved the axe/spear to the hill north of new West Thumb. The galley is in the city but nothing is in range to cause problems. I sent the chariot to chase away his scout.
Wetbandit's power is on the rise, but it must be in the pipeline still because it wasn't with the city.
Four free spreads and counting. That makes losing the free missionary that came with the religion a lot easier to cope with.
Cities:
The workshop finished in time to get to 70/120 on the forge. I'll double whip next turn and sort out some kind of build cascade to see if I can shave any time off of The Great Library. It occurs to me that I was early to Math and that I could well have been the first to Calendar and been polishing off MoM by now, with the addition of incense and silk. Meh. Anyway, if all goes well with the marble city, I'll have the marble online by T106 so that will be the chop and cascade/overflow target date.
I feel like I have fumbled the city management here the last few turns. I hate unhappy faces.
Similar situation here as at Lamar Valley. I'm working the grass forest over an available cottage to get to 70/120 on the forge. I'll whip next turn, find something to grow on briefly (a unit that I can whip/overflow perhaps), then probably a worker to whip/overflow when the stone comes online, then chop chop chop. Mids??
I moved the new worker to the stone. A second worker will be done in 3t. The quarry will take 8 worker turns.
I strongly considered settling 1E in a less aggressive, closer to defend location but ultimately decided on here so wetbandit would not be tempted to cram in a city with marble first ring. Also, I'm going to try to settle another city here to the east to prevent anyone (Nakor) being able to have a port on my coastline. We'll see how this goes.

I was drinking last night and got bored so I thought I'd fish for some thread spam. Don't worry, more reports coming around one of these days. Not today, though. I'm running behind schedule and spending the afternoon at the beach. This is a teaser, I suppose.
No idea what wetbandit has done on his half of the turn except he didn't take the city.
The picture didn't take what I intended. Wetbandit has 2 c1/melee axes and a spear here, I think. Assuming that he would move adjacent to the city and fight across the river, his odds are:
c1/melee Axe vs. c1 axe - 50/50 coin flip.
c1/melee Axe vs. chariot - 68.1%
c1 spear vs. spear - 30.3%
I would also move my chariot into the city to have an extra defender, so assuming he won all combats he would not get the city and I could reinforce. I think I can ferry more units over faster than he can trickle them down from his cities, but either way I'm hoping for a quick resolution so we don't both needlessly build up.
Cities:
I hate reducing the food supply in this relatively slow growing city, but I need units to counter wetbandit and this is the city that's going to have to bleed the most to give me units. A whip here and heavy production for overflow next turn will give me up to 35h for an axe/spear, or less if I don't need one of those and choose a chariot or archer instead. The forest will be chopped for a unit as well.

I'm keeping an eye on how seriously wetbandit builds up his power. Is this going to be a simple skirmish or is he going all out for this far-flung city?
It's interesting to me that no one else has Alphabet yet, seemingly. I might be looking to undercut the leading GNP in the neighborhood if I were them, but it appears that I'm the only foreign trade route option at the moment? I could be wrong on this, they'll all have neighbors that I have not made contact with because I've done a pretty bad job at scouting deep.
I have all techs prior to this and only Philosophy after.
I'll post some current state of the game thoughts once I've caught up on reports to the most recent turn.
I took some shots of me testing combat odds, I'm not sure if this is interesting to anyone else so I'll spoiler tag it. Skip if you want, this section is just from my sandbox.
The Main Event:
The odds are just as I stated in the previous post. I'll very likely hold next turn if he attacks across the river this turn and gets anything less than spectacular luck (wins and with very little damage). On wetbandit's turn, he tried to bait me into using my chariot, formerly on the corn tile, to attack his scout. I realized, though, that I needed numerical superiority in the city to offset wetbandit's qualitative advantage. Damn you, Montezuma, and your combat promotions!!
My scratched-in-the-sand production/transportation plan. A road on the plains hill would have been helpful, as would settling West Thumb 1E, but oh well.
Poor West Yellowstone is bearing the brunt of this skirmish. I've decided on an axe. I can have the new axe in West Thumb on T102 to counter wetbandit's anticipated move to the forest on T102 and presumptive attack on T103. Following the axe, I'll have the forest chopped next turn plus a maximum of 13h, so 43h. Over two turns that is a maximum of 56h, enough for two archers, or an axe and most of something else. Since raw numbers seems to be my greatest need, I'll probably go for two archers.
Cities:
It turns out I could have delayed the scientists a turn but I didn't know it at the time. I hate not working that FP cottage but I thought I may have to fire the GA as soon as the GS was born for a minute production bonus in West Yellowstone to eek out an extra unit. But that's getting ahead of the reporting...
I'd rather the chariot have been a building but this was all that I could build that would have any hope of being in time to the wetbandit front if things were protracted there. Or, mobile against Vultures or Barbs since I'm running very light on units here in the south/west right now.
Graphs and such:
Wetbandit's power has risen sharply. This is only a concern if it continues to rise rapidly. My increase has not yet peaked and is not shown on the graph.
As expected, wetbandit moved from across the river. You're going to have to at least kill something to get the city. Offer declined.
Cities:
I've added another chariot. IIRC, wetbandit also added a chariot, so I'm still +1. Next turn is the deciding turn. The following turn I will have popped second ring borders, greatly diminishing wetbandit's chances.

Wetbandit's power is flattening some, good.
He hasn't whipped much, which means he has not harmed himself too much with this conflict. Also good.
I'm falling well off the pace in crop yield, which is worrying.
