Gav's turn-playing behaviour is going to make this turn tricky. He's played double turns for the last 129 turns or so, logging in after everyone else plays to roll the turn, then playing his next turn. That's an issue here as this schedule means on turn 130 he'll wait for everyone to play before logging in but we need to play after him otherwise the attack will be a double-move.
However there's no way of bringing this up without alerting him that we're attacking this turn (it'll be pretty obvious when SD doesn't log in for the first 34 hours of the 36 hour turn timer, I know). So our only recourse is to log in at 34 hours and double-move Gav, taking the first half of the timer (which we actually do want since I think Gav just revolted out of slavery), double-moving and provoking a potentially game-ending tantrum.
I guess what I'm asking is if anyone knows any unspoiled lurkers who'd like to take over for Gavagai when he rage-quits next turn?

In this game that's going to help us because he's going to go to the negotiating table with twitchy eyes and slightly too wide a grin and terrify the neighbors into favorable border agreements, one-sided tech deals and staggered NAPs."

Krill probably has focused all that pent up frustration and anger and has become a postal supervisor.

Plot twist: He was your supervisor all the time.

It's been 42 hours since the turn rolled, Gav is clearly waiting for everyone else to play so he can play his double turn. We can't play without double moving him and we don't want to tell him that (and we'd rather lurkers also didn't). Is it okay to double move him or do we need to make an excuse that SD can log into all his other pitbosses but not this one?

One option is to move everything, but not finishing the turn yourself. It may slow down the game but it's effective.
If you made it in one turn it should look like an accident.
You could also made it in every turn, if the war declaration is planned far ahead.
An other option would be an arbiter. He could simply wrote the player to end his bad behavior. Or the arbiter asks a third party not to click on 'end turn'… this clears the trace to your nation.

Fortunately Gav played his turn so all that isn't necessary. Two cities captured on T1 of the war, but I'll let superdeath tell the tale.
