Turn 61 - 1560 BC
It seems that I very nearly did need that second warrior in WSP ...
Also - the annoying thing is that my now shadow warrior (ie is a very pale version of himself with only 10HPs left) is now at 5XP but he cannot promote. What is with that? Is that a pitboss thing?
Boston is back in the Top 5 ...
... and is set to grow next turn so might be heading up the list!
More barb warriors coming. Really need those horses hooked up.
I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

he can promote next turn. it's not really a pitboss thing, in Pbem or single player you have to wait for the turn roll too.

Hmm - in pbem, the barbs attack at the end of the turn, the turn rolls, you promote. Are you saying that the barbs are just another team in pitboss and they play simultaneously with the humans (ie they go first)?

Small victories ...
More barbs incoming. Horses coming on line next turn, copper the turn after - I put a turn into a cottage for reasons unknown now but patently obvious when I played the turn this morning.

Turn 63 - 1480 BC
The season of the barbarians ...
Both cities protected by double warriors. Cambridge has stopped building a granary and will whip out a chariot (yes - horses hooked up) then resume its granary. I have to get some workers over to Cambridge to knock out some improvements. Working unimproved tiles is my biggest Civ4 issue (at the moment).
In other news ... I am pretty sure that it is unfair that I have to play against the hydra that is Parkin ...

It's time for all barbarians to die!
Next turn, 2 chariots will roll out ... so I should be very good to go from a barbarian point of view.
I just got graphs on BGN ... (animated so wait ![smile smile](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/smile2.gif) )

T65 was a sort of nothing turn. Workers did worker stuff, chariots moved to protect cities, more barbarians.
However, it started with this ...

You get a brand new, shiny chariot ... what do you do with it. Kill barbarians. Ok, maybe not ...
The barb was cleaned up by my Woodie II warrior. In other news, Qs warrior overlooking Cambridge ran away. It might have something to do with the chariot produced out of that city.
