Can we confirm the CtH version before the picks start? Miguelito says "presumably 2.0" in the first post; shall we make that official? (2.0 is here, by the way.)

FYI I just released a new minor version CtH 2.0.1

Changes are

- Jungle no longer grows onto resources
- Mausoleum of Mausolos obsoletes at nationalism

I did this specific update off 2.0 for the jungle change.

The 2.0.1 changes should be noncontroversial. Jungle nongrowth was communicated before, and the Mausoleum expiration has Lewwyn's recommendation, who should know better than anybody at this point what we're stepping into...
