If it's early game, in your capital/ only city, then yes, possibly it's too expensive. However, if it comes midgame in your newest city when you have 10, it's absolutely fine of course. So you saying 'he executed her' sets my paranoia triggers on overload! Ah well, it's not a big deal either way. So long as Bob doesn't get a free GArt, I'm happy.  Mysticism in 3 turns! Double revolting to Agrarianism and God-King should scare a few of them.

IMHO The Brothers in Arms album would be a whole lot better if it left Money for Nothing and Walk of Life off the track listings. Indeed, if we look at the Rival Average Approval, it actually went up 1% last turn, despite Selrahc gaining +1 pop in Lapland. So unless someone is busy hooking up happy resources, it's safe to say that he did execute the witch to get some temporary happy. The new Rival Worst Approval is therefore probably Sareln, who at 5 pop is also at his happy cap.
