Sigh. Sorry chaps, I'm heading to work now, this morning's save isn't working. Maestro sent the save, which says "RB-PBEM19_BC-2380_to_Com_of_Modor.CivBeyondSwordSave" as it should, but oddly, when I open it I'm asked for yuris125 password...anyone seen this behavior before?
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.

Yes. This means the turn was replayed without previous copy of the save deleted. Civ4 does not do save overwriting.

Hmm, that's possible. I almost sent the save to the tracker, but got paranoid that I forgot to hit "Enter" to end the turn, so I opened it and played it again. The turn was played identically in both cases, but it sounds like that might have wanged it up. I will rereplay it here on my work laptop really quickly and manually e-mail it to Commodore. I apologize for my newbdom!

The tracker says the save is with GES, so that would seem to indicate that it successfully passed through Ranamar and MNG.

I sent it out this morning by 9am PST, but GES goes in to work extremely early, as it turns out.

(Actually, we've been observing that, retrospectively, we really should have been swapped in the turn order.)

Apparently I failed to send the correct save; endeavored to send the correct one this time.

If one of GES's lurkers is going to be playing this turn and can't get it, please bug me in a way that gets me an e-mail (e.g. PM) with an e-mail address.

I just forward the save I get from the tracker to a lurker, and then they send it back to me for forwarding to the tracker.

Sure. I think the request is directed toward your lurkers. If the save is messed, they can tell Ranamar via e-mail or PM and he'll replay it.
