going to hold the save till tomorrow morning ... dead tired after playing Warhammer 40k nonstop the last 8 hours, and won't trust my self not to blunder heavily

sorry for the hold up, the save was corrupted somehow. I get an error whenever I load it, but I can load other saves just find (MP and SP). At first i thought it was the error the results from when a save is replayed since I've only heard that corrupts the save. However, Scooter tells me that's a different corruption. So I have no idea what this is:

Boldy played this save this turn. I emailed him and Xenu and I think they'll try replaying it but I haven't gotten another save from them yet. So, hopefully, yes, that is all we need. If that doesn't work, I'd enlist T-Hawk before going further back.

Sorry about that. I'll call Boldly and see if he can play it again so we do the same moves again, whatever they were. If I can't get him I'll try to play it myself sometime today when I'm near my laptop.

I'll try to replay the save this afternoon. I have some family over. If I don't get to it, Xenu can cover tonight. I've left him my turn report from this morning in our thread.

I believe the problem is that, for the first time, I tried to download directly from the tracker page. When it allowed me to download and play the save, I assumed it would be ok. Generally, I just download the save from the emailed attachment. Apologies, Dazed. I did not know the download function was problematic.

If anything, it might have got corrupted when you uploaded it to send it onwards. If it was corrupted on download you wouldn't be able to open it either. Not your fault, stuff like this happens, just resend the file you have already ( try to open it first, should ask you for Dazed's password, if it does, the save is fine, just the transmission failed ).
