To me, today has just given off this massive vibe of 'ripe for a mislynch'.
I see people casting around with very little and that we need serious information soon to get back on the mafia track.
If I were to take my shot right now, it wouldn't be on any of the current candidates. It would be on who I thought was the 'mafia don', as I believe there is one (or more) experienced player guiding the mafia and to bring them down might just lead us to more of them.
I said it was risky, I'm not saying we should 100% do it. But I see no better option right now and I am very aware that my role will only get riskier as the time goes by.

Uh... That's the most person appropriate role I've ever seen in a game here.
No, I don't particularly think giving up a lynch for TTs judgement call is a wise decision. Sorry, buddy.
I've got some dirt on my shoulder, can you brush it off for me?

What I can say is the following, TT: if we mislynch two more times, I'm going to vote to lynch Novice from then on. His play this game feels false. His thestick vote feels false (I found this very good post by Serdoa while rereading):
Serdoa Wrote:Ok, onwards. Novice.
I didn't like his post about the mass-role-claim stuff. He lines out how good that could be just to then write about that it shouldn't be done. Why even talk about it in the first place then? It feels like a try to plant a seed so that someone else will go for it anyway.
Now he also starts to get unfair in his way of accusing thestick. I'm not opposed to a thestick lynch tbh (I don't mind that he asked questions but it really seemed forced as imo at least 2 or 3 of his 5 questions were answered in the posts he quoted) but the way novice tries to implicate him doesn't make me feel comfortable. It is Day 1, I don't see a reason to act in such a way. But - and that is the biggest gripe I have with that in the moment - it certainly doesn't make sense for a wolf to put himself in the spotlight like novice does right now. Still, I don't like his play.
In hindsight, this fits perfectly with a big busing by Novice of his poor teammate thestick.
The Mattimeo lynch is also in the category of seeming "too good to be true". The PR feels false, too (hello to Meiz too). And I'm still waiting to hear why Novice feels Lewwyn is more innocent than the other Mattimeo voters.
Anyway, for now I'm resisting the urge to vote for him. But I'll vote to lynch him before an eventual loss by the village. Maybe we'll lynch the Mafia post-restrictor before that and that clears him, but I'm not feeling like this is likely...

Assuming the claim is true (I believe it is, as he was also one of the ones asking about Mattimeo's name, so I was expecting he'd have a fluffy-named village pr) then we're trading TT's life in order to let him choose the lynch target?
Well, I guess with the number of players alive, assuming no more unexpected kills, a dead wolf and a dead villager would be better than a mislynch today, and if he hits a villager it would basically be the same (since we have one to spare.)
Of course, there's still two problems: first, we have to assume TT's judgment is better than that of the village as a whole, and second, we get no interesting voting information. So unless he hits a wolf or a village who's alignment tells us something, we're basically at the same place tomorrow we are today.

Ichabod,
I still suspect novice. If I was given my shot, it would take some persuasion for me not to shoot at him.
Ideally, I'd vote to lynch him now over anyone else. I don't like the thought of 'oh lets leave it til the last moment and then vote for him'.
If he's innocent, the mafia will leave him alive to guarantee that he is mislynched at that critical time. Thus why not lynch him now, if you won't lynch me and let me shoot him.
Its just all too convenient for novice in this game. He was second behind zak in gaining credit for thestick's lynch, then to further solidify his innocence he got post-restricted. To build it further, Meiz got post restricted, with a restriction so crazy that it 'had to be true'.
Yet noone has been post-restricted since and no post-restricting person has been found. I don't think a post-restrictor role even fits in a traditional 'mafia' set of roles, of which every other role that has been revealed is at least a twist on a conventional role.
So when people start questioning the post-restriction, Meiz turns up with a new one.
When the post-restrictor goes AWOL, novice suddenly leads a late charge to deliver us a mafia member, despite the fact he came up with no arguments of his own.
Its too convenient.
Would any mafia team let any villager be this 'confirmed' and have him live for so long? He is 'as good as confirmed' in so many people's eyes, so why not even take the chance of killing him? Especially as it is clearly stated that there is no traditional 'baner' around.

I think my way gives a lot more info.
Sometimes the best way to get people to reveal unwanted info is to hit them with something different and unexpected.
I think we have plenty of interesting vote information - we just don't know where to look for it yet.
And I gave the village the best part of half the time before revealing so we didn't end up with nothing from today should I be lynched by a large majority

As a village, wouldn't it be better for us to just vote novice and not worry about killing you in the process? Voting to lynch you is just going to be a referendum on that anyway, but you don't die in the process.

Only if I'm mislynched. If I could take it any time, I'd have taken it by now!

If I thought a novice lynch could happen, then yes.
