Not sure if this is simultaneous or sequential or some hybrid. In regular simultaneous it's irrelevant anyway, you can't not have a random seed. If it's sequential (or some hybrid) then it might be best to turn it on though.

Normal, Seed on incase of reload.

I'm inclined to tick perm alliances on so nothing silly happens.

I'm not playing, but I think normal speed is a disaster waiting to happen given how slow this game is likely to move.
