Do they know that we know that they know that we know that they know ...?

TEAM got a tech in one turn with no soldier points, suggesting Mysticism here mostly coz it's small.

Menagerie did nothing visible.

Gillette grew their second city from 5 to 6.

Pirates planted a new city, with 7 new land tiles. They also grew one of their other cities to size 3. They got a tech with no soldier points, Masonry perhaps?

TEAM whipped either their capital or second city from 4 to 2.

Menagerie gained 11 land tiles, probably from popping the borders of the city they took from the Pirates.

Gillette grew either their capital or third city from 4 to 5, and planted a new city (with 6 land tiles). They also got a tech, with no soldier points. I'm putting that down as Writing. Unless I've gone horribly wrong somewhere I think the only Ancient Era techs they don't have are Poly, Mono & Sailing.

Pirates did nothing visible.

I need to look at the graphs before I can figure out the power, someone(s) has built units.

TEAM grew the city they didn't whip last turn from 4 to 5. (Note to self: check which city that is when you get the graphs).

Menagerie whipped city2 4 to 3 (or the one they didn't whip on T63).

Gillette ended up with cities size 6, 4, 4, 1 after 2 independent whips and a pop growth. I think that means they whipped their capital 5->4 and their third city 4->3 which regrew at the turn end. (or vice versa, if it was city3 that grew last turn).

Land points arrived at start of T69, and I got my land areas right for T49 jive

Took a look a the techs that are unknonw to us and I think this is currently known techs:
4 teams has: Fishing
2 teams has: Archery, Masonry
1 team has: Meditation
No one has: Maths, Polytheism, Aesthetics, Alpha, HBR, IW, MC

Thanks for the graphs plako - I now know that Gillette got 3k of units/buildings, presumably another Archer.

I've clearly got some stuff wrong with my tech assignments, as I have 3 with Archery & 4 with Masonry. I'll try & get time to sit down and go through it thoroughly tomorrow.

So we don't have to chase that, then. smile

I wonder when Hinduism will be founded.

Thanks for logging in and checking that, plako smile I'd seen the score increases but not had a chance to do the check.

Other news of the turn:

TEAM grew a size 2 city to size 3, and the borders on their 4th city popped for 8 land tiles.

Menagerie planted a new city with 9 land tiles, and grew a size 3 city to size 4.

Pirates whipped a size 3 city to size 2 and grew their size 2 city to size 3.

There's 3k of soldiers I need the graphs to disambiguate, but I'm betting someone (probably Gillette) built an Archer. I can sort that out from the T70 graphs.

-----

Figuring out techs. I'm pretty sure Gillette have both Archery (because of all their 3k power increases) and Masonry (because I've run out of no-soldier-points ancient era techs for them). We know TEAM has Archery, we've seen the Archers - so I guess this means that I was wrong about Pirates having it if only 2 teams have it. The most plausible second team to have Masonry is Menagerie (given their GLH plans), so that means TEAM and Pirates don't have it. So I've basically had to reassign a bunch of techs for Pirates & one for TEAM over the last 25 turns cry

New tech lists:

TEAM: Fishing, Hunting, Mining, Mysticism, Agriculture, Archery, The Wheel, Pottery, Animal Husbandry, Sailing, Bronze Working, Writing.

Pirates: Fishing, Hunting, Mining, Mysticism, Agriculture, The Wheel, Pottery, Animal Husbandry, Bronze Working, Writing.

Which means I think TEAM are further from GLH than M3, if they're even they're even going for it (do we want to mention to M3 that we have changed our minds on this? It's free info that means nothing to us really).

And as a guess, I'm betting on TEAM to grab Hinduism soon.

Main news of the turn was M3's GLH, but other things happened too:

TEAM settled a new city (4 land tiles) and grew their size 3 city to size 4. They got a tech with no soldier points (and didn't found Hinduism), so I'm putting this down as Masonry for now.

M3 also grew one of their size 1 cities to size 2.

Gillette did nothing visible (they had built an Archer on T69).

Pirates grew their third city from size 1 to size 2.
