Just a quick bug abuse question regarding Civ5 hot-seat. If someone sends you a proposal, and you just leave it there, does this mean the other guy can never send any proposal to anyone for the rest of the game since you can only send one?

Very sorry to report another technical difficulty, but I'm currently having problems playing the save. Civ 5 is 'crashing unexpectedly every time I try to open the save. Currently working on troubleshooting. If anyone else has had this problem please let me know.

Can you send the save to someone else?, just to test if it is a local problem or maybe a problem with the save. Maybe T-Hawk could give us a hand, since it's best if a lurker could do it.

I applied the fix above even before trying without the fix. Didn't have any problems.
