I think Kalin's idea is good, too.
Another idea, on how to get a functioning diplo with WPC. It is possible to send messages via the APTmod web site, though I haven't tried it out.
It can be found under Usefull > Messages and Usefull > New message. Do you have an account on the web site, Scooter? If nothing else, it will make it easier to view and discuss the messages, without the need of interrupting the way we play the game. And we'll get e-mails with the messages, I hope.
It also assumes they can log into APTmod, but one cannot know before trying.
Furthermore, I consider that forum views should be fluid in width

Perhaps be more explicit that we have a deal with Apolyton. "It would be nice..." makes it sound like we're still discussing it.

Maybe switch "would" with "will"? Other than that I think they both look good!

For CFC: I'd shorten this from "Just checking in with you guys. How's things going for you guys?" to "Just checking in, how are things going for you guys?". I would also ask like this: "What is the the ETA for hooking your marble? Our micro people would like to have that info to plan accordingly."
For Apolyton: I would stress (as others suggested) the NAP, something like: "Great! Glad to hear it. For reference, we are now having a NAP until T150. This should include [details]".

Draft to CFC looks good. Anyway, given that the Spanish has finished 2 colosseums and a library since I last checked, that we have managed to pass them in power, and their cities seems to be on infra builds based on hammer investments, I think chances are good that they're in a sitzkrieg phase right now.
