Still following. Can't you do something diplo-wise regarding turn pace? Isn't holding turns justifiable cause to break an NAPhammer?

Other than privateers? Nothing. Next major step is Rifles/cannons/cav/grenadiers which we will be first to whatever of those we want. If GKC built nothing but wealth? He MIGHT beat us to... Cannons? Would be close, but he would have no military builds in the mean-time.
