I would add destroy Krovice's chances of winning, but I think they're just too far behind BGN and Finharry to have a real chance. KTB is lower than PB13, and even there I don't think plako ever truly caught mack or scooter.

Wow 50/50 shot for physics, I kind of wasn't expecting this. I thought BGN would get there first too

So close to being connected

Yay i inexplicably got the physics scientist. Finish Teching communism then will golden age for a revolt to state property

Other news of the turn... I may or may not have just attacked TBS

My new doctrine of Fun but Still Rationally Self-Interested left me few targets. I opted for this. HOPEFULLY this is a nice small war and I get my 2 (i think) city island and TBS decides it's not worth his while to fight back against me.

OR we get an ongoing naval conflict that spirals and spiral.

I hope for the former. But if the latter, I now have nice new airships to strafe TBS's frigates with.

Tech wise he doesn't have anything military I lack, but is 9 turns out from assembly line, which he may be able to speed up. Holding the island against infantry from boats will be tough withotu sea control, so this really is a roll of the dice with regards to what the size of TBS's navy is.

I'm feeling all right about that roll though. What's the downside, lose troops? I have lots of troops. I seriously doubt TBS will be able to terrorize my seas like Finharry did. So let's see where this journey takes us...

Oldtourist attacking Pind, shit's getting real. Tons of score drops.

I've been watching boats gather with my airships in the harry/Pind sea, wondering if they were coming after me or Pind. I have my answer.

Once oldtourist is out gonna go on in and see what's happened.

The holy city is interesting from my perspective, if I retake it I wonder what the revolt time will be like since I artist bombed it in the past. Teleporting Oldtourist troups away with a magic 60% border pop would be amusing to me. Or hell, throw another great artist at it and make it 80%... but they'd probably just declare on me as well. By probably, I mean certainly, that thing is worth an insane amount of gpt.

Mannnn, totally messed up turnsplit in a way that's really going to hurt me.

So Pind declared on me last turn and then left the holy city empty.

Well that's obvious. Chance to screw over OH/Fin? Check. CAVALRY CHARGE

Except dangit, I landed those cav AFTER Fin/OH fought last turn. And not just in a "oh I forgot to do it I did most of my turn before them and this wasn't in reaction" sort of way, no it was def a reaction. Because I was PLANNING to leave them on the boats within 4 tiles of my city so I could hide troops from Fin/OH's espionage, then charge out from the city space to hit the holy city after they potentially took it.

Except then I realized after they declared they could block that with frigates and disrupt the timing by the crucial turn before I got my own frigates up to clear the path, so I landed them.

Good for the game that Finharry was logged in and noted how this could lead to a problem next turn if I then moved the cavalary again before finharry. So now the turnsplit is OH/Fin - > me - > Pind.

Except now this means I've managed to make a boneheaded move. I can't move those cav until Finharry move their troups twice, which lets them hit the cav with all manner of infantry and the like. So I probably just cost myself the stack.

We'll see if this is salvageable, we might be able to injure enough of OH/Fin's troops (we meaning Pind and me collectively) that they can't really hit me effectively.

Also, amusing note - Pind and I are effectively on the same team yet at war, and I'm for all intents and purposes attacking Finharry, yet we're at peace. Lol.

Also got this quest and just do not care about finding a random peak tile on this 33 player map...

Ahahahaha I realized how I can save the cav.

Starve down Rhi-Anon to pop it's 60% borders. Conveniently I'm at I think 465 culture atm. Just perfect.

Saved, saved, saved by the bell.

I'm going to pretend I planned this.

That quest is stupid, and only makes sense against ai. I understand if you build some number of jewish buildings it will reveal the peak tile, but you're not going to piss off humans for that quest reward. Silly.

How far would you go to screw over OH/Fin? Who knows, maybe the peak tile is there... crazyeye

Forgot screenshot, but razing the holy city is looking unlikely. Finharry stuffed a ton of units in there. A lot are injured, and I could probably win a lot of my fights if I threw everything at it after airship bombardment, but there's just too many bodies.

Since Pind no longer holds the holy city, I offered a ceasefire to pind. Lets me use his roads and be more flexible with our turn order. This is probably going to result in me playing super late next turn since I need to get open borders from Pind. If nothing else the threat of an attack on that holy city will slow down the rest of the invasion.

Also, god, props to Team Badass for what they just did to Pind in 2 turns. This was a masterpiece. I enjoyed observing it from my blimp. bow

Still gonna try and screw you over though jive

Hmm, what to do. The holy city is guarded. Avernus is not. But there's a fleet of 6 move galleons waiting to hit my territory. Hmm, choices, choices.

But no real choice at all. We shall walk the Path of Blood!

And then I offered peace, nothing else super annoying I could do to them. Wonder if they'll take it. They get to not guard the holy city border, wonder how much that's worth to them.

Here's the now blimp-strafed fleet, will they use it?

Mannnn, remember when all that empty territory was mine? cry

Look how much more land I've discovered now that I can send out the scout blimps (I love having blimps when no one else does, makes me feel special)

And so shall this city stay until the end of time, never changing, but always productive
