A little bit of poking:

Battle scarred Dwarf Wrote:Hey Serdoa,

I wanted to reply earlier but I have been away this weekend and plako has been playing my turns. Don't worry - the war dec was expected so I don't feel bad at all. I understand why you have done what you did and I would have done the exact same... Well - I would have considered attacking the Clowns to be honest seeing as he had only str3 warriors in defence...

Let me know if you want to talk peace anytime... ;-)

Cheers,
SL

I don't want to get ahead of myself though - we are still in the shit for now...

I'm not sure, if I'm supposed to play, but I did it anyway wink.

Opening the save gave us event:

We probably can't finish CoL or any other tech, but I switch to BW since I think it is only tech that I could think helping us assuming we get the time to finish it.

Next I notice that Totoro has only 1 warrior defending and there are 7 Zombies in the hill waiting to attack. Clearly someone has been feeding experience on them wink. Some warriors are missing from the count so I suspect they've been used to attack/defend against the stack. Probably a mistake, but maybe the end result wouldn't be much different.

So where are our units? Ok found them in the forest with mud golem that is obviovoulsy supposed to make a road so I do it.

And then thinking time. Should I attack the stack with something? Our best attacker has 23% success rate against top defender. With luck and throwing everything in we could get probably 2-3 kills.

Next alternative is to defend Totoro with something. We could leave at least happy and barnaxus to heal, but what about others. 7 units would probably be enough to make sure city is kept and minize collateral damage. We could probably take ~2 explosions before the units really start to die with very high odds. hmmm. maybe best alternative is just put the warriors + 1 WG in. Then there is WG coming at the end of the turn so there would be 5 warriors+ 2 WG and then I could counter attack/reinforce next turn with 2 WGs + Happy + Barnaxus. Pretty much all the fights need to end favourably, but I think this is our best shot. Needless to say we need great RNG luck to survive.

Serdoa did attack 5 times. He got 4 kills including both wood golems and we 1. I'm not quite sure why he didn't attack 6th time. He should've had good odds to do it.

There was 3 warriors left. I moved 2*WG+Happy in. This basically means we've no power to counter attack so unless we get really lucky we're going to lose Totoro in few turns.

As a final insult, 2*barb warriors came up.
