Chatted briefly with Sian. He's up to his neck busy the last couple of days. Said he'll try to get to it tonight, failing that tomorrow should be less busy for him. I think he also suggested that I get a diplo win for this game because I'm just pure awesome...

I'm sorry for my slow turn around today, I'm crazy busy with deadlines at the minute. It may be a similarly long time tommorow but after that I should be good for a week or so.

If you've captured Swiper Novice will have no mercy on you if you ever play a game against him. Dora loves that damn fox.

At what point do we want to go ahead and concede this thing? I'm happy to fight it out, but 3 out of 4 teams have zero chance at winning. Without giving too much away, I'd like to hear from Slow and Sian if they think this is worth continuing. Again, I'm not throwing in the towel, but I feel like I'm being trolled a bit in game, and it's causing me to want to change tactics in a direction that doesn't emphasize a winning strategy, but rather revenge. If I'm not playing to win, this game is over IMO. No disrespect intended to either of Slow or Sian, but I don't see a path to victory for either of you ATM, and my slight chance is quickly fading to nill based on Sian's actions. I'll play on if you guys want, Com deserves to get to use his shiny toys a while.

I've had absolutely no chance of winning since the mistake filled turns of the sixties. Or was it the fifties? Seventies? In any case they were disasterous.
I'm happy to continue as long as people want, turn playing only takes five minutes with this quantity of cities. I'm also happy to concede to Commodore if those with a bigger than zero chance wish to.
EDIT- If we do conclude sorry about the erm... 'length' of my thread.
