I think I can answer this in the next turn report, but I feel like I may be able to attack with HA and cats and make enough headway to justify such an attack. Knights, well, I don't know because I don't think a rush to Guilds is really worth it. I think I need to rush to CS for Bureaucracy because GtR is going to be critical to my tech rate.
