Acctually, no. Simming showed that I would lose at least half of my army attacking the city, assuming he whips, drafts and reinforces with railroads. It's insanely hard to attack in this era, especially with hilariously obsolete tech. I did DOW Molach, just to see what happens.
Hopefully he gets the hint that I just want to start a war for some fun while the big dogs slug it out.    New game prediction: retep continues to phone it in. Wetbandit invades Molach, but can't catch WilliamLP, who takes advantage of a lack of Molach to devour me with tanks. Game ends in...15 turns. You heard it here first.
Molach paid me 500 gold to go away. I'm waffling between pressing enter for the next 20 turns, or spite-attacking Suttree. Either way, I won't have any negligible impact on the game.
It's a symptom of having the most idiotically passive neighbors ever(Molach when I was guarding our border city with 2 axes, WilliamLP now) and building a cripplingly large amount of military. This has kept me hilariously backwater, but alive.
