I am seconding the petition to get a turn underway....right away.
Ideal would even be the Ceiliazul as deadicated lurker could play a turn and post a state-of-empire in the thread...if you have the time, of course. Then budding replacements could take a look at how things stand, pump up (even) more interest in takin' ova.
And if Sisu will be back saturday, or sunday or whenever, I'm sure he will be glad a turn or two got played while he was unavailable - rather than hold up 3 days more.
Did this come off not-quite-as-desperate-to-play-a-turn as I really am? I never can tell.
And hope nothing serious is wrong with Sisu. Hopefully some technical problem related to internet and vacation and the outback or something.

Read a heads-up from WilliamLP in the Double-Fun Pitboss Game 14 thread. I am green. I can sub for a couple of days or longer if needed.

Welcome! Perhaps Ceiliazul can bring you up to speed, and we can get this game back up and running.

Great news! Thanks for stepping up. I think Ceiliazul can give you the password and you can of course read Sisu's thread (but no other threads in this game forum, obviously) to get an idea of what's going on. Also there's about an hour and fifty minutes on the clock (currently paused) to play the next turn, but if you'd like more time than that to get familiar with the empire I think we have ways to extend it.
Thanks, and I for one am excited to get this game moving again.

Alrighty then. Perhaps Ceiliazul can pm me with the info needed to bring me up to speed?
In the meanwhile I can read up on Sisu's thread.
EDIT: Ah, I got no password access. Also reading thread means catching things up already.
EDIT 2: Will login as SubSisu for the time being.
(No, not Sub-Zero. Sub-Sisu.)
(Oh, if you insist..)
FREEZE-RAY!

WLP linked to your infomercial which made me even more willing to step up as a volunteer for this hazardous assignment. Be proud wetbandit. You did good.

Wouldn't Sisub be even better?
Also, just so the crowd here knows what we're getting into, "Halvgud" translates into "HALF-GOD".
