Although I can't find the update note on Nightmare Weapon, I can swear it has changed, the recharge time is (now) 10 seconds which makes it more spamable.
Also a note on playing a support healer: Cast Nightmare Weapon then Wielder's Boon on ally. It's essentially a 2 stage heal of 135 from WB plus 159 from NW
