I should also mention that we plan to open another game in two weeks on Prince difficulty, for those who don't feel comfortable with Immortal. But you should probably give this game a shot too. nod

Occasionally the governor would make the one laborer into a specialist when creating a specialist-enabling wonder. I tried to catch these and reassign him to the flood plain but might have missed it on occasion. Just check before you end the turn. smile

(this one normally plays pretty comfortably at prince)

Would the AP give a hammer bonus to the first religion you adopt, or just none?

AP is specifically forbidden because you don't have a state religion.

Just to clarify, the AP is not forbidden in the game. It just cannot be chosen at the start because you will not have a state religion at the start. All victory conditions are available including the AP religious victory.
