Riverside Grass Corn is a much, much better tile than dry wheat.






The copper move was interesting, if copper had been available in the original (desert) location I'd have had some more interesting decisions to make WRT my fourth/fifth city locations.



As things were, I was seriously hampered by the lack of early happy resources. Floodplains are nice, but nowhere near as good as being able to grow an extra pop point or two for free.

On that note - in the shadow I'm playing, I tried moving my capital 1E from the spot I decided on first time - it's incredible how much better that is. An extra cove, enough coast to go for an early Heron Throne - it just rocks. So...T0 was my first mistake wink.
