Tankra, welcome to the forums! I think winning on immortal shows you have the mechanics ability to succeed here... the challenge may be in responding well to the more dynamic human opponents. If you've got some MP experience, I'm sure you've got a taste of that already.
Worst part about joining games here: single player just isn't engaging anymore!

I would be interested in teaming with someone to do this. I win all my games at Monarch now-a-days but playing against an AI with completely different rules from me (Immortal/Emp/Diety) seems less fun now
I take it as a good sign that I wince whenever I look at my green's screenshot from way back when ![lol lol](https://www.realmsbeyond.net/forums/images/smilies/lol.gif) .

Good man Commodore!
Hell I can't even beat Immortal. Of course this doesn't mean squat, I think Krill plays Monarch, and look at his kill list.

being able to beat Immortal (or Emperor even) certainly proves that you know enough about it that unless you are unable to cope with Quick speed, or unable to cope with intelligent opponents, you would probably be to good for greens by the fact that you know your way around the mechanics
1. Sian
2. Nicolae
3. Tankra
4. Sareln w/ ???
(5. ???)
as such i believe we have enough now, although there would probably still be room for one more spot without screwing up to much, unless of cause the map idea is to tricky to tweak for 5man ...
I'm perfectly fine with Commodore as a mapmaker ... as for such i have no specific wishlist for the map, other than Navy aren't completely negectable

Agreed. Honestly I haven't been able to play a full single-player game ever since starting to delve into multiplayer.
Four players should be good, but isn't it better to usually have an odd number of players, to avoid a simple 2vs2 balance of power situation? Also, will diplo be allowed?

Hey, can I join this game? I play on Emperor, (hopefully) meaning I have the skills to not just roll up and die. I've never played MP before, but now's as good a time as ever, right?
More people have been to Berlin than I have.

since its normally a handcrafted and balanced map (if not outright mirrored) a even number of players is easier to make
thestick, fine by me but since Sareln would like a teammate would that be a possiblity?
haven't got any massive preference for or against diplo ... althrough i'd probably be happier with than none

I'd like to take part, too, but I'd probably want to be part of a team, myself. That said, I could be ok being the 5th guy. someone's gotta lose, right?

If it's not a problem for our illustrious map-maker here to do so, I'd prefer a 5-player map.
For all the other settings, I guess we'll be going with the Realms Beyond standards (i.e. unrestricted leaders/snake pick, no financial, no spies, no elephants, etc...)?
