On some sites there's a simple "first 24 hours" posting restriction. 5 posts for the first day, 10 at most, should be more than sufficient IMHO.

Is there any way for these posting restrictions to key off of posts being heavily reported? Human filtering is always the most reliable for these sorts of things.
