So, analysis of the new rolls:
Krice: Willem/Babylon from Lincoln/Mongols
Fin/Cre - Agri/Wheel - Bowmen Garden
This is much less of a war civ than CHM Mongols, and since this is a krill team, we don't have to worry about 3-promo keshiks running around. But Fin-Cre is still awesome, even with all the relevant nerfs applied (libraries is a big one). The bowman provides some early versatility from Archery, and the garden's fairly sub-par, but Agri Wheel is king. I see this team doing very well based on their skill level and the strength of their leader.
WLP: FDR/Mongol from Sitting Bull/Byzantium
Ind/Org - Hunting/Wheel - Keshik/Ger
I'd say this is an event rade for William. Ind is pretty shit in this game, as I've said before, but Org will be pretty useful and if he wants GLH he'll be the fastest there. Of course, he also has the Keshik and the Ger, so if he has a tech advantage or he's with the pack, his cavalry will be scary up to the advent of infantry/tanks.
Queeg: Zara/Byzantium from RAGNAR/FRANCE
I'm still speechless.
Plako: Linclon/France from Charlemagne of Vikings
Chm/Phi - Agri/Wheel - Musketeer/Salon
Plako's very good, France is good with a good player and if he knows how to use Phi he'll be getting gunpowder early as a result of his bulb path to liberalism. Vikings are not so good in this versio of RBmod, and he's switching Ind for Phi. See how that works out of the lakonic turn timer gentleman/robot.
Ruff: Augustus Caeser/America from Willem/Babylon
Imp/Ind - Minuteman/Mall - Agri/Fishing
Solid, imp will be good but ind isn't the trait to support it, and they have opposite ideas of vertical/horizontal growth in the early game. I've never really liked Octavian for those reasons. America's basically a blank civ, though not on the same scale as ze Germans.
Whosit: Hammurabi/Vikings from Sulieman of America
Agg/Org - Fishing/Hunting - Trading Post/Zerker
While this would be slightly anti-synergistic in PB13, since Zerks get C1 anyways, this time round they don't, so he'll be getting the C1 Zerks no matter what. Combined with Org Trading Posts (which have still been nerf'd) the Vikings are going to have a non-negligible advantage at naval warfare for most of the game. We'll see how it turns out for them, and if he can get there fast enough to leverage it.
