Wow, who would have thought that nuclear missiles and endgame modern warfare could be so boring?

Apologies to the current players in this game, but the reporting has just been awful of late. regoarrarr was the only posting any kind of consistent updates, and he's lost interest since his civ was nuked repeatedly (understandable). Disappointing ending to the game.

Its a shame cause at this point in time its the best game going on (presumably). Why not post in the public players thread and see if you can shame them into an update?

Sunrise: Really can't to anything. His agreements in the past stop him from attacking and he can't win the game.
Munro: Owning Alex and Rego; he's not playing to win. I should point out he was last in score. Not so useless now!
Alex & Rego: Being owned. They can hope Munro is playing to win and will backstab. That won't happen.
SC, LiN and Broker: Beelining to the win with nothing to stop them.

Doesn't look like Rego has realized that Munro is attacking with commandos. That could cause problems for him...

Also interesting second attempt by Sunrise/Rego at an AP win. Any guesses as to how they would prevent city gifting invalidating the vote? Spreading hinduism to Broker's capital, maybe?

Munro can just park a commando next to it and take it (after Broker gives another city so the unit does not get magically teleported). I would spred it to a culture city to make Broker give it away (making Munro take it is also good).

I wonder if they will have enought votes in 10 turns. Maybe Broker chould just spread Hinduism himself.

I wonder when Alex will die. I wonder how much Rego will suffer because of Munro's commando's.

They spread Hinduism using a sub, but Broker's capital is not on the coast.

Oh, so my idea above won't work.

I think there plan would be for Rego to take out one Broker City (two nukes and Commando) and Spread the Reilgon there. Then Sunrise declares war and gives the city back to Broker as the clock runs out.

Wouldn't Broker have to accept the city gift from Sunrise? Or does it work differently when liberating cities?

I know in SP the city switches sides on your turn, when you take the city; before the AI could do anything. Things might be different in MP.

Know that Broker has closed broaders Sunrise/Rego would have to find another trick.

If Sunrise/Rego needed other civs to take the AP win; how can they still win without them?

Well it looks like Rego wins unless:
1. He gets his capatial burned to the ground. If that happens Munro will win.
2. Someone takes a chesse UN victory. I think this is unlikely.

This win was only possible because of the Lins awful micro. It would be more accurte to say thatthe Lins lost then to say Rego won.
