Voting is exactly 8 vs 8 for spies. Map trading is correct.

This two options are not set in the WorldBuilder file. (Maybe because the labeling of the option is flipped ingame. All other things looks fine, Lewwyn)
I will follow the settings given in the starting post but it would be nice if someone can confirm this.

My start is not correct. After quick quit-to-desktop on the first log-in and double-checking PBSpy that correctly claimed Pericles of Native Americs I thought maybe the fewer revealed tiles were throwing me off, so I logged in again for a quick double-check ... nope. I have someone else's start in game.

This is so weird, Rome and america are in the wrong places too. But like America seems to have been randomly generated rather than placed like I did.

BTW its 3:50 am and I was having nightmares about desert and tundra in the map so I woke up. At least the tiles look correct.

Seeing as there seem to be some serious issues with the map I'd suggest for everyone to stop claiming your civs until further notice
