I could probably set up the tracker, but if people are actually opposed to using one I won't bother.

So, what do I need to do to use this (new) tracker? If I just have to put in a new email address, then I would be happy to use it.

Okay, Mist has kindly provided me with some instructions, so I'll try to set it up today.

You should all have received an email from rbpbem13tracker@gmail.com with the subject "Gmail Forwarding Confirmati​on - Receive Mail from rbpbem13tr​acker@gmai​l.com"

Please confirm the request. When everybody has confirmed the request I'll set up forwarding rules so that everyone can email their save to rbpbem13tracker@gmail.com, and the save is then forwarded to the next player. In addition, I'll set up a php page that lets everyone know who has the save. (The php page checks the rbpbem13tracker email account to figure this out).

I've just added the tracker to my pbem emailer. I'll let it rip after I play my turn and we'll see how it goes. The next player should get 2 emails - one direct from me and one forwarded from the above account. If it goes ok, I'll discontinue sending out gps' and save emails and just send to the above address.

Ok guys, clicking this link this morning to see who has the save it looks like it has been with me for over 20 hours. Last update I received was Ruffs gps mail but no forwarded message or file from the tracker alerting me to my turn. Is this how it is supposed to work? I was expecting the file to come directly to my inbox and we use the tracker just to see who has the turn.

Anyhow, I'm afraid it is too late for me to play my turn now, so will play when I get back from work tonight. Sorry for the holdup.
