Select the helmet icon from the lower right corner (it is called something like "Toggle enemy units view"). Zoom out so that instead of other nations you get strings where you can choose from in the right bottom corner also. One option is "all military" that I use here.
Unfortunately it is our 3rd worker. We need lot more of them soon to improve even the resource tiles not to mention building some mines and cottages.

how are you going to attack? do you build up a stack before attacking or go in right away? If you build a stack how many units are you going to have?

I've 1 Axe+warrior that can attack the city on T46 and I'll get 2 more axes there on T48. This should be enough to overwhelm any warrior based defence he can get there at the latest on T50.
I hope we can get peace after Sparta issue is solved, but even if he isn't willing I'm not gonna invest heavily on military after the current patch of units are done before I get Construction. I'll only build some units to choke and keep him out of copper and protect my front line city.
Now I need to decide whether peace talks make more sense before or after the real fight begins. On the other hand I would like to get some easy GG points and experience for my axes, but there is always a small risk that terrible RNG luck kills our attack. Also, if the city doesn't grow to size 2 we need additional settler that wouldn't be optimal. When he sees our axes, I should be in a position to convincingly demand Sparta and settling rights east from it in exchange for long term peace.

Turn has passed. I can't play it for a while, but from civstats I can see WK got a 2 points more meaning almost certainly a population raise in Sparta. This is very good news unless he has or gets Archery before we can take the city. I haven't yet figured out which tech WK got last turn. After I see the graphs this turn I can probably make pretty accurate guess. It probably was something that Warlord did start, but didn't finish right away based on the GNP from previous turns.

It depends on whether or not you are going to wait for 3 axes or move this turn. You would stand a better chance of making him act rashly if you move 3 axes into vision at the same time.

The shock factor would be bigger, but I think the possibility to kill 1-2 warriors before the other axes are there is of higher value. We could also show him our 2nd axe this turn, if we want to show our strength. 3rd one would be visible next turn.

I tried to analyze the power raise of WK previous turn and I think he got 6000 points last turn that is most likely Wheel+warrior. It can't be Archery since that would be 6000 points alone.
I got also hint from Adlain that I should go around his cities from north and south is blocked.

This message was sent to WarriorKnight before he played T44.
Quote:You'll see our 1st axe arriving and there will be more of these coming within next turns. I'm certain we can take Sparta with force, however I'm willing to offer long term peace in exchange of city of Sparta and all the land west from it. Details obvivously need to be discussed.
You maybe wondering if this is something we have just decided upon due to recent events. We can assure you that we have been preparing this ever since our first phony war with WarlordDr so this is no hastily thrown together push over or bluff.
We are offering you a choice in the matter because unlike your predecessor, you are actually willing to talk with us

Good addition. I edited away my last sentence and replaced with yours. Fixed version in the message above was sent.
