Anyone up for an EitB SG?

Now that we're closing the game out, I thought I'd gauge interest for a EitB PBEM here before I go to civ general.

So, anyone interested? I don't really have anything to say on potential settings/map etc, having never played MP EitB.

My set consisted of hitting End Turn three times, because deck chairs, Titanic. Then, the long awaited moment:

Oops, wrong picture. How about this one?

And you can tell how often I actually play a game to the end:

I was getting some very strange graphical glitches I've never seen before, but it didn't affect the game.

And here's the save, in case anyone wants more details:

I would play if you don't object to me reading all of your stuff in Peter Lorre's voice.

We win! jive

I'm all for an EitB MP game but a PBEM is a bit too much of a time commitment for me, so I'd probably just watch or lurk someone.

Nice, smooth work. Enjoyed reading along.

Great to see this game successfully concluded. jive Things looked rather iffy at several points, especially when we first switched to Tebryn, but we found a way. It has been great playing with all of you, and learning a lot in the process -- I feel I was the least skilled player by a fair bit. Hopefully I did not drag the team down too badly. It has been a lot of fun. nod And hopefully we have entertained our readers, if we had any. lol

Edit: Missed the latest updates -- we DO have readers. smile Glad you enjoyed the game!

The last switch was a slight disappointment as Thessalonica pretty much gift-wrapped us a victory without us having to do much of anything planning-wise. Although now I do know for sure that the AI will actually attempt an Altar victory, hapless though they may be lol

Nicely won, although a tad anticlimactic, after the excitement of the "middle" section.

It looks like there's a decent amount of interest in a PBEM. I'll post in Civ General.

Great game guys! The big test was Tebryn getting him out of the hole was the meat of this game. Any chance of the turn before victory save.

Oh and I played seventy turns of the original map, took out Charadon and Tasunke, popped a Kilimorph acolyte from the lizard lair to found that religion and left it pretty much there. I might play it out just to rack up a conquest victory.

On the MP, I'd ded-lurk, I'm not the best at MP (hence my nick).
