Ottomas Rejoice!

The city of Medina has finally been liberated from the oppressive regime of the "Holy" Roman Empire. Their tenure has seen the population dwindle and the surrounding landscape ravaged by mis-use and mis-management. In the name of our departed Arabian Brothers, we look forward to restoring the city to its previous status as one of the true economic powerhouses of the world.

In other news; we have received reports of the disappearance of an antique Greek vessel offshore Knossos. The Ottoman coastal guard has offered all possible assistance to their Greek counterparts, although one officer was heard to wonder why such a vessel had ventured un-escorted into known Pirate-infested waters....

I know. Very busy weekend.
Quickly looked at the game.
All I can say, I deserted Medina and only left one Inf as defense. Still took many bombers, fighters and two tanks to take it. What a victory, indeed! wink

BTW, for those keeping score in mh-world; "many bombers and fighters" equals 2 and 3 respectively. You haven't seen "many" yet.... :neenernee

I have finally decided to put down some cash and register a website. It is www.ruffhi.com. Now I remain free to move the hosting options without having to change the name of the site.

If it takes 2 bombers and 3 fighters and 2 tanks to take out a single infantry, I think I will be fine for a while. jive

Tell you what; why don't you leave just 1 Infantry in Vienna and we'll see if I can do better next time....

Nah. Vienna, you will have to take the hard way. You can experiment for your attack on Ruff, while capturing my other cities during mop-up.

Y'know I've detected a little bit of an "all eggs, one basket" thing with you and Vienna; pity you have to keep re-building all those improvements each turn. BTW, how is your workforce taking the recent losses?

Aaaaah, Dreylin.
You outproduce me 4 to 1 with a tech lead on top of that.
We are at war now for 23 turns. After the razing of my coastal cities in the ealy turns, you killed a few workers and captured a deserted city.
Do you think you can handle the excitment of taking a core city??? wink
