FYI, there are multiple developing forest fires in western Oregon today, and several are near friends and family. I might need a pause, I'm not in the right mental space to play a turn tonight

Take care, pindicator!! I have friends who were evacuated with a fire that came close, myself. scary times. their fire has moved off, so they are home again, but man...

Thanks AT.  Here's a satellite image of western Oregon right now:

The fires on the coast west of Salem are nearest my parents.  Right now that fire is headed away from them, but that also means it's going straight towards the town of Lincoln City.  Half the city has been given a Level 3 Evacuation order today.

There are a lot of small towns in the fires east of Salem, and the towns of Medford, Ashland, Phoenix, and Eagle Creek are all in danger in the southern part of the state.
