And we're f*#%ed
Mackoti has galleys offshore of Conan Barbarian. NoSpace also razed Commando in the south and discovered liberalism. I dont' know what he researched, and it's kind of hard to care. Our part in this game is officially over, peace or war.
How the hell did they coordinate this? They were at war on our last turn. So mackoti suggests peace and attacks us on the same turn? And just trusts NoSpace to accept? Then NoSpace accepts and also attacks us? No, this was coordinated. How they managed to do that in a CTON... I really want to see this.
What is really interesting to me is that we got two peace deals from NoSpace. What happens if we accept mackoti's peace? The next peace deal is for the city of Scavenger Hunt - what if we accept that too? So why send us a 2nd peace deal? Did they "determine" mackoti was asking for Scavenger somehow?
On second thought, I say we declare war on Yuri and play this as an AW variant from here on out.
Edit: okay, i suppose we could have had the following for a chain of events:
900ad - nospace offers peace.
900ad - mackoti accepts peace. Oh and he just happens to have 25 knights on our border while in a war with nospace.
Never mind, i'm pissed again.
No, wait. Maybe mackoti was planning on invading the entire time anyway. Maybe the war between him and nospace has been a ruse for some time now. But how would they have communicated that to each other and not been suspicious. Well, i guess if inroads weren't gained long enough then they could have just kept the state of war as a cold war for so long that it became the new norm. Nospace's attack does seem to be more opportunistic than planned. He razed an undefended town with a single war chariot. Maybe he just jumps in because he can and because he knows he has 10 turns before mackoti can jump into war with him again.
