It means I sent the peace offer, forgot that I sent it, then sent it again.

ok - something wierd happened. I got the save, took a look to see if I had lost more cities and closed it, because I can't play it till later.
I no longer have the save - I guess I deleted it, though it's not in a deleted bin or anything.
Did the save get sent accidentally and somehow recalled?

You sure it's not in downloads or something? Do you still have the save in your email?
Well, you could ask Sareln for a copy, or ask CFCJesterFool to resend it.

That's what's wierd - it's not in my email anymore. I did notice that I hadn't lost any cities  I have sent emails to everyone for the save. I figured I'd post here, too, in case people didn't see their email...
