Managed to play a quick turn this morning, so no pictures and only brief notes.

We lost view on dtay's tech; I've redirected full EPs towards him to try to regain. Good news is that he's definitely not observing a turn split with us so has no plans on sniping anything - even so I'm going to be more comfortable with a few more units about - Los Millares started a Spearman and 54 will do the same next turn.

Barb Axe wandered North along our borders rather than attacking - I took the 95% shot at him with the new Axe and won without a scratch. Borders secure again and Sentry in place in the South so we know there's nothing coming for the Corn city.

Library complete in Bodmin; grabbed the Sheep from LM in exchange for a Cottage and hired 2 Scientists. Back to slow building the Granary (2hpt). The WB from LM is heading South to explore the second set of Islands. In the North our other WB is approaching that island chain.

Colossus plan proceeding as scheduled - MC will complete EoT and I have whipped the WB in Maryland. Production was a hammer off what I had calculated (due to order of application of multipliers), but will not affect the result. Next turn we start the Forge and add 3chops.

I'm planning to keep the Maryland WB local, since the Colossus will pop borders quite quickly.

Civstats suggests that plako grabbed another Wonder. I'm going to guess (hope) that it was a cheap IND grab of The Great Wall to solve Barb problems in his vast unoccupied Eastern territory.

I go further and guess that he was chopping Pyramids and got Great Wall instead.

This is the first wonder we could actually get. But it wouldnt help to save our spear. And I am confident if we cant keep barbs from our short line of the borders we cant be competetive for sure. Great spy is well nerfed in this mod too. So I think that we are on the right path. Keep pressure!

Yeah HAK is the only other one who saw a suitable score bump for a Wonder; guess plako was just Science & Pop.

Yes, GW is gone. Dont forget about points for territory. It doesnt need to be science/pop all the time.
Interesting thing is that Plako founded religion in his cap, but built henge in the 2nd city.

Got dtay's research back; looks like he's saving Gold before a Currency run.

This means that he ha got maths too. May be it is his true reaserch rate.

Score for land is given for each tile you control over than 20 turns. This makes it almost impossible to calculate score fairly after initial stage of the game.

Snuck in another quick turn this morning - I'm not going to be able to make it a habit because I just don't have enough time in the mornings, but with a plan in place for most stuff (and wanting to see the results of that plan ASAP) I can get through it pretty fast.

Plan on schedule - Forge whipped and will be at the expected 146/120 at the end of turn to generate needed overflow. 4 Forests 1t away from being chopped, and other Workers now released to get back to other business. Settler in position to found next turn ... think I will call the city "Rhodes"...

Both exploring workboats are finding interesting things; Northern islands seem to be forming a chain, so there may be a route to someone else that way. Southern island is larger than 2tiles, so we may have another landmass over here. Will know more next turn, and I'll post pictures.
