Yeah, it isn't exactly a simple process, but this is what I've been doing:
1. Take screenshots in game with F12 2. (optional) edit screenshots after you're done with the turn. You can change size, whatever. You may be able to even add images to the screenshot folder, I haven't tried that yet though. 3. When you close the game you'll be automatically prompted by Steam to upload your screenshots. Select the ones you want to upload, add a caption if you want, and I suggest marking them as Private if you want to prevent spoilerage (I did with mine). 4. After uploading, go to your Steam Community tab and right click the image you just uploaded. Select "Copy Link Address" 5. Use that copied URL in between your [img] tags in your forum posts.

So, I've never had an issue with it before, but my Civ V is now hard locking my PC. Happened twice today, on the third attempt it only crashed to desktop, so ... progress? Anyway, I'm deleting local content and reinstalling, which means I won't be able to play today. Sorry

Did you manage to try to open the save or did the game crash when opening? I can replay the turn, if you think it would help.
By the way, I had some strange issues with steam lately. I had to re-accept the EULAs of all games I tried to open and it reseted some of my configurations for no apparent reason. Perhaps this has something to do with the problems you are experiencing (just a guess).

No, I don't get to the main menu screen. It happens when the game is loading. And it's happened at different points each time.
Tried again this morning after letting it re-install over night and it happened again. So maybe it's a driver that got corrupted? I'll try to poke around with it tonight after work.
