Humblebundle does a "Summer Sale Encore", and also has a Unity bundle which is an odd mix of games made in Unity and resources for making games in Unity. I've never heard of most of the stuff in it, but it has Torment: Tides of Numenara (spiritual successor to Planescape: Torment) and Shadow Tactics, which is kind of like Commandos, but in medieval Japan.

Age of Wonders 3 is 75% off on Steam today. It's one of the better 4X games out there, in my opinion, though it never really developed much of a following on RB.

Humble Bundle has a digital board games bundle including Agricola, Pandemic and Twilight Struggle. For most games, it has both PC and Android versions.
The new Epic Games store is giving away Subnautica (and another game every couple of weeks) to try to tempt people over from Steam.
Yesterday, there were some Playstation Network discounts. The deals might still be available.
The sale included the Mega Man Legends games, the Legacy of Kain series, Suikoden, and the PS1 Tomb Raiders. I picked up Mega Man Legends 2, Soul Reaver, and Tomb Raider 1. Playing Tomb Raider today made me appreciate how much Super Mario 64 and Crash Bandicoot made 3D platformers playable. Tomb Raider has Resident Evil style tank controls, an awkward camera, and no automatic ledge grab.
"I wonder what that even looks like, a robot body with six or seven CatClaw daggers sticking out of it and nothing else, and zooming around at crazy agility speed."
