Unfortunately there's no way to lock the order of sticky threads, or "super-sticky" a thread. Of the three special and stickied threads in this forum, whichever was posted in most recently will always float to the top.

Unfortunately, before we could send the criminal back to Germany, the officers accompanying him on the long, perilous journey were intercepted by an angry swarm of pandas, and they all perished.

The moral of the story is that angry pandas are definitely not man's best friend.
