I'm leaning against the idea of allowing Ballista Elephants (although I guess I should discuss it with Nakor now, so this isn't anything official yet). If we allow Khmer to build their UU, whoever picks them essentially cannot be attacked until either steel or rifling which is a HUGE advantage. And that's not even taking into account the possibility of attacking with them...

Okay, looks like settings are kinda set, although if anything changes that's fine too. I have the map ~80% done, and I'm kind of in love with it. Once a forum goes up I can post what I have thus far for feedback.
