Just putting it out there, but I have no idea what TT is doing at all. Other than going for Tri, that seems reasonably obvious.
Unfortunately, if I do manage to kick him out of ION, he should be able to just build the third fleet needed to return the favour immediately. Still probably going to do it anyway

Approached me about stabbing Austria and allying with him for pretty much the same split he offered earlier. Given he now has no fleet in the south, and I have BLA to discourage him from ever moving the army in Sev off to gain such a build, this could actually be an option, since it's now easier for me to stab than him.
Short term plan if I say yes to his proposal:
BLA and Bul support RUSSIAN Gal -> Rum. He's offered support into Ser the following spring if I want/need it, and then general dividing up of Austria, I would imagine.
Claims Ukr and Sev are going to be defending Sev regardless, which, given the fact that I *did* just stab him, seems quite reasonable.
On the other hand, I still don't get a build this Winter, which could be awkward. I can't afford to Gre -> Ser at this point as I will be attempting to displace ION. Combine this with the fact I will have then attacked every single one of my neighbours, and it starts looking a bit poor.
Advantages of staying allied with Tatan:
I really need him to hold Tri this season - if I displace ION and Tri falls, Italy will have 3 fleets vs my 2 to immediately kick me back out.
He can't actually build this season, and therefore can't take advantage of the fact that he has an extra centre. Any movement to release a home centre for building runs the risk of losing a centre.
He has someone on either side of him who are demonstrating anti-Austria plans. He's in no real position to stab me unless one of them suddenly lets up, and I'm hoping that even if they do let up to turn attention to me (mainly Italy in this instance), my loyalty and their initial aggression will hold some weight.
Finally, while I'm still unlikely to gain a build, I can at least attempt to gain Sev with Tatan supporting. Not going to happen, but it (dependent on his other moves) can ensure that either Rum is not lost, or it's lost and I gain Sev. Hopefully I can spin the fact that he can't actually get a build out of the centre anyway, and that I'll be around to allow him to immediately reclaim it.

Random clarification if anyone is still watching this thread - if a unit is supporting some action, can it be supported in turn? It's not attempting to move, so I assume this is valid.

also: this is where I make plans with people to stab someone, and they fail to go through with them, leaving me with masses of incriminating moves and no gains from them :D
deal with Rowain:
BLA -> Sev, and I don't interfere with him attacking Rum (Bul taking part in some variety of action against Ser).
I guess I'm not even attempting to take ION this season, with AEG needed to cover whichever of Gre or Bul moves out of position...

Yes, it is. The support doesn't pass through or anything, but for example if BLA supported BUL, and BUL supported RUM, and there were no other relevant supports, both BUL and RUM would defend at strength 2.

Main options were how to take Ser.
Use Bul, support with Gre: AEG has to go to Bul(sc). Garuntees Rowain of no sneakiness against Rum next season, but puts less pressure on ION. Follow-up: Gre->Alb, Bul(sc)->Gre, new F Smy -> AEG, Ser supports something, probably Russian -> Bud.
Use Gre, support with Bul: AEG has to go to Gre. Keeps pressure on ION, at the cost of reducing pressure on Austria in the short term. Follow-up: Gre S EAS -> ION, new F Smy -> AEG, Ser probably -> Alb to let Bul out.
Use Bul, bounce in Bul with Gre and AEG: weakness: Rum supports one in, ION follows. Not a very likely weakness, sure, but given this option was pointed out by Rowain and how stupidly paranoid I am about everything... Follow-up: almost entirely dependent on what Italy does this turn. If it looks like two fleets can force ION, do so, with Smy -> the one that does. If it doesn't, Gre -> Alb, AEG -> Gre, Smy -> AEG, Ser support where appropriate.
Why I went with Gre: mainly, more pressure on Italy. And none of that pitifully remote chance of backfiring that the last option has
Why ally with Rowain at this point, when I'd just pointed out why not to? If he's willing to sweeten the earlier offered deal by giving me Sev, he's pretty desperate to get something worked out down here. Me sitting on Sev also adds to the deployment time of any stabs from his direction, which was one of the main points I raised initially at the prospect of an RT alliance. Also, I get a point, possibly two.
But perhaps the most telling: I'm kinda terrible at not siding with whoever I'm talking to at the time, and I've had two decent chats with him this season and only exchanged superficial emails with Tatan... which I'll admit is partially my own fault, but I really did need to sleep at 4am when Tatan tried to get hold of me

Also: talking to someone I've already sent in the orders to stab feels bad. Almost makes me want to change around the southern orders, and have the only anti-Austrian move be to 'forget' to support Rum, or mis-order it to defend Ser or something, like Tatan keeps mistakenly referring to Rum as
On the other hand, doing things by half measures never helped anyone. Unless they were trying to keep a low profile. Which I probably should be.
... god(s) damn it, I keep second guessing myself. I'm not cut out for a game where I have several days in which to do that :/

On the other hand, if I build a fleet then I think I'm pretty much assured ION in Autumn, so if he doesn't gain any more builds (say, from Austria handing him Tri out of spite) then I'm in reasonable shape to push 'til he dies.

Current plan, in a complete void of diplomacising:
Ser->Alb, supported by Gre. Decent chance nothing happens here (I expect ION or Alb to be trying to move to Gre), but I need to try to displace that army.
EAS->ION to cut support if TT's trying to hit Gre.
Smy->AEG to get in position for the assult on ION next season.
Bul->Ser and Con->Bul to fill gaps and deploy.
Sev hold. No point doing much else.

... and just after I post that, I get Rowain in chat, which was enough to get me to commit to supporting Rum -> Bud
