Overview:
As you can see Jowy settled a city right in my face with nothing nearby to support it. It will burn soon. Not sure what the sense in this city was, except for annoying me. But I am sure Jowy is extremely satisfied with it and when he loses everyone else will be responsible. *sigh*
Apart from that I finished Theo on T45 so that I should get a GP next turn. Not sure what I will take. I am under-expanded due to that, but I don't care that much tbh.

What might you attack it with? We can only see a couple units in that screenshot.

That's because I have to build the troops to attack him with. Which I need to research first the needed techs for But I should have catapults soon + comp. bowman. Capital is bringing in ~20 hammers per turn, so production isn't that bad.
But yeah, my wrath probably will have to wait a little bit to come over him - unfortunately

I am going to be that voice to question your bloodlust:
Why not settle another city for yourself? You have a nice spot in the north.
But who am I kidding.
GO GET HIM SERDOA~!

The north isn't going to get settled by anyone except me ever, so no need to rush there. South and East are different, but I honestly don't see them as a priority. I want a city in the west, probably on the gems or western bananas but that is blocked by Jowy. And I simply won't let him do that, it opens myself up horrendously to his troops. Heck, he can sit in his own borders and still attack my city. Is he really believing he can get away with that?
So, I have to take out that city and settle my own into that chokepoint. There are at least 2 civs to the west, but as I have only 1 coming from the east, chances are there are even more. Having that chokepoint will give me much safety I feel.
Also, I am not sure how many cities I even want. Maybe 6? It really doesn't seem to make much difference. Sure Crop and MfG is higher. But with 1 UpT you can have just so many units and all the remaining MfG is just going into additional buildings that you wouldn't need without the city. Some more research and gold income I guess is possible, but with the nerf to TPs it seems that's also not that great anymore. Though I suppose I know to little about Civ5 to really make an assessment about that stuff.
Btw: Can I raze Jowys city or is anything in Civ5 preventing me from that? Also, what can I do with a Great General? Can I make a super-unit or is that not possible anymore?

You can raze that city but in Civ5 the pop goes down one-by-one until it's razed. You will be hurt by happiness when this happens (you don't get an extra humongous penalty for killing everyone for some reason... )
The great general can do two things in Civ5 G&K:
1. Because it is a civilian unit it can stack with a military one. It has two movement points and any unit on its tile or 2-moves adjacent to that tile gets a 15% combat bonus.
2. It can make a citadel on a tile you own or adjacent to a tile you own (unless it is owned by other Civ). The citadel brings all the tile around it under your control--even if it owned by other Civ. The citadel gives a 100% defensive bonus to allied units inside of it. It also causes enemy units adjacent to it to lose 30 hp per turn. You cannot stack the damage in G&K. The citadel can be pillaged.

Wait, so I can buy the tile that is 1SE of the silver, move my GG to the tile 1W of it and take the silver and all the tiles next to Jowys city? Oh the joy ...
Though it feels a little bit like wasting the GP if I take the city anyway.

Took Jowys offending city. Didn't lose anything, but I really am not sure what he tried to achieve with that. I didn't even have to produce that many troops. Just one catapult and 2 horseman (though I only used one of those for the fight, second was just in case). Everything else (3 atlatists) I had already in place.
Finished also settler for city 4. That should hopefully help me keep up, though I really don't have a feel for this game. Score-wise I am second with I think 271 to 273 of ... um, Azza?
