Interesting, if only one person re-rolls, they're guarenteed their civ...

Tempting... Agg is a tad anti-syn with the Inca, but not on the same level as CRE is. I'd like to have either Mao or Wang Kon for this civ, but I guess it's probably not gonna happen.
