So I just realized my naming scheme is all wrong here. Given this map location...how are we not *all* going with a Chile theme???
If only you and me and dead people know hex, then only deaf people know hex.

I hope to eventually finish this one, but at this point there is NO hope to finish by the deadline. Unlike my old Civ4 days, I now have to many other things that occupy my time.

I got "close enough". Which means I see a path forward and lack the wlimgnees t play it to conclusion. Good setup though. Thanks for that.
