Looks like wetbandit's got things under control, so I'll let him organize. I'm fine with that weekend before (5th or 6th) and I don't really mind which day.

I did the draft last year on my android tablet. I'm almost positive they support iOS devices too.

Edit: Ah yes, I recall I did the draft the previous year on my iPhone. You should be set.
