Finished chop, barracks needs 6 more turns before completion via whip. Worker will head to pasture cows then begin chopping into lighthouse-TGLH. Black Lotus worker will pop next turn and have a whole bunch of fun things to do.

Because thread views are low, and there isnt much else to talk about.. Im going to talk about Magic The Gathering a bit. Myself and a few buddies every other sunday will sit down and play a game or 5 of Commander. We have a preset budget limit of 50$ per deck which, makes things much more difficult than just /copy another person's commander deck online. Other basic rules we have for our games are : No commander damage, Infect is changed to Wither, No mass land destruction, no "do this and you win" cards such as laboratory maniac or the " you have 40 life and you win" creature. No platinum angel, and infinite combos stop after 2 repeats.

So i decided to make an " The Ur- Dragon " deck. Its got loads of tri-lands, ways to cheat creatures into play, and plenty of fun dragons to bring out with devastating effects. Im hopeful that it will be as good as some of my other decks, which include: Ayll Eternal Pilgrim, Kaseto Orochi Archmage, Verdeloth the Ancient, Horobi Death's Wail, Thromok the Insatiable, and my "partner" deck- Reyhan Last of the Abzan +Ikra Shidiqi the Usurper. Im up for any suggestions for possible commanders to make in the future, with a current eye for

Made an on the fly decision to whip the worker in the cap to finish, followed by a warrior. Going to be chopping TGLH out sooner than i was going to mainly because of the completion dates ive seen in past PB's.. Just incase someone else got the fancy idea to get it. Going Pottery-writing-Metal casting.. i think. Might change it to Math.

ETA looks to be about turn 62 or so for TGLH and, providing no one else beats me to it, turn 80-90 or so for Colossus. Black lotus is going workboat-warrior-settler. Elvish Mystic is building a barracks for culture ( stonehedge isnt taken yet, but i predict within next 5 turns so not worth teching mysticism ) and timewalk can whip the lighthouse once it gets close to being finished for the extra overflow. Ive got 2 workers for TGLH investment, and one worker taking care of Elvish Mystic's cow. Planning on having him go and chop a forest to help speed the rax along, but i might divert him to go start a cottage instead.

Biggest news of the turn, is my scout found a nice fish+ copper site to the south. Although im slightly concerned that there might be someone down here, as my copper was a little ways away. Also, i was able to micro the lighthouse whip for next turn to carry 29 hammers over to TGLH. that, plus the forests will net me 149/200 hammers needed, and the copper mine that will be hooked up/ the mine i have already should get me there in time. My demos look a bit shitty for a couple reasons, i have no early game trait, and i moved the cap/started doing things for more of a mid-late game explosion. Im sure ill be 2-3 cities behind the leaders for awhile, but it looks like i can fit some decent cities in down south plus some islands are nearby. Im thinking something like, Metal casting- beeline for currency-beeline for cothons and caravels then win the game.

Current overview-

Happy to announce that TGLH will be completed in less than 10 turns if my math is correct. Its going to be over the half way mark of 100h EOT, and will recieve another 60 hammers from chops alone, leaving less than 40 hammers to go. With the grass mine + cow i think it will make up the hammers needed, plus it will be working a copper tile soonish.

Barbs are starting to appear and likely attack. Got one barb warrior down south of the scout that im just waiting for it to come and ruin my day. Going to likely need to hook up the copper for a couple axes to go hunt/ get exp for HE. Also need to look for good candidates for a HE spot. Hell, Time Walk might be a decent candidate with the grass mine+ copper mine and a couple workshops. Still feeling good about my chances this game, considering i havent met anyone dancing

Im kinda hoping im not too isolated, as i both want people to have OB's with, AND i wanna see how i do with possible early naval combat. Although if i get the "dream" combo of GLH + colossus.. do i really even need neighbors? Fin enhanced colossus coast plus cothon plus GLH trade routes on all these islands? Hello tech lead? I think that at least OH and Krill have 5 cities atm if i remember from Civstats, so im a tad behind in expansion.. but im sure to make up for that soon once i stop building big shiny things. I give myself till early medieval times, to get to the top of the pack. Hopefully before then. Basic plan is, finish GLH, send axe or two to grab HE exp and spawn bust, build big shiny copper thing, then go nonstop archer-settler out of most cities and ship them everywhere. ??? Profit.

Im currently behind i figure 100foodhammers on the leaders, after subtracting TGLH. Micro details: Moving west worker to the forest to chop into galley, west city will whip its workboat next turn 29/30 into another workboat. This allows the first workboat to hook up the clams for the north city the turn after, and the whipped workboat will improve its cities food on the same turn that borders expand. Also, TGLH will be coinflipped EOT but im really counting on it completing as the failgold will make me just all out war the first person i find. Just finished archery for some cheap defenders, and i have a settler due for the island to the west in about 9 turns or so. Going to have the gold hooked up in 4 turns, just in time for TGLH city to need the extra happy, PLUS going to have a bunch of fog busters coming out of it as the barbs are causing some issues.

Plan is to go island city-Colossus city, build colossus while snapping up more land/islands, then use the tech lead that i will get out of that to grab astro and win.

WE GOT IT!! Everything goes according to plan... Now to catch back up in city count, i have an axeman building in Time Walk to clear a path where the fish/copper city is. If i can get it there, i can reposition my other two warriors to go fog bust the rest of the south so that i can plant the Colossus city. Im pretty sure the Colossus city will just be a military/boat pump as it wont have much for food till CS, and even then it will only have enough for the hills around it. Ill have to sim the base hammers... maybe a possible HE spot?
