But it's all we've got: Mr. Cairo PB 47 [spoilers]

The front line, with Krill's army:

My military:

So far I've stayed ahead of Krill's power; it's looking like he's not planning an attack any time soon, since his food and mfg have gone up and he's whipping less. So I've been planning how to attack him first.
I want to burn the city he planted on GKC's old cap, I'll found a city on the ruins to it's north and sail through with 3 move Galleys loaded with Swords. I can also attack a city further to the south with G2 Xbows and Swords, although I don't think I can do it out of the fog thanks to annoyingly placed Peaks and Lakes, even with Engineering.

But even those tentative plan are going to have to be delayed somewhat: my scouting Chariot in AT's land saw a 3 move galley and a newly built Mace in the north, so I'm going to have build some Triremes to protect my coast and reinforce the garrisons there with Xbows, at least until I can get walls and Longbows in.

I'm still 2nd in the economic categories, although SD is pretty much equal, and I've had to stop some of my Wealth builds because of the aforementioned threat of AT.

One final thing for Krill after this game ends: I don't think Xbows should have the same collateral ability as CKN's. It makes them a lot weaker of a UU. China already has a weak UB, the unique UU is one of the only selling points it has. I don't think that Xbows needed a change anyway, they filled an important niche just fine.

SD invaded with a huge stack of Knights and Keshiks. AT has a smaller force with Cats and WEs as well as some Pikes and some Maces nearby. He can certainly savage the stack, but I'm not sure how badly. SD should have accompanied his stack with some G2 Pikes and Xbows.

I decided I might as well join in, at least a little bit, and burn a city AT planted right on my border. I can hit it with Cats from the fog, so I think I can burn it without many losses. Also going to see if I can do any damage up on the northern coast with 2 Galleys loaded with CR2 Swords and 1 with Xbows.

I cancelled my OB with AT to keep him from seeing my approaching stack, but forgot to take screenshots of the SD invasion beforehand, where my Chariot was watching the proceedings in AT's land.

In other news I used a GE to get the MoM and started a GA. Maybe if me and SD can do enough damage to AT the game will become competitive again, but AT is so far ahead on tech and economy.

I hope Krill doesn't decide to invade me.

OK, SD's attack failed, judging by the injured units in his territory, and AT managed to burn one of his cities.

I successfully burned AT's crappy border city, losing just 1 Catapult in the process.

But AT can probably kill both me and SD now, so GG to him.

If SD and Krill want to call it, that's fine with me.

Considering the quality of my land, 2nd place isn't that bad of a finish.
