In other news, do I get points for making it to 1670 AD without inventing Agriculture?

I was disappointed to see in my tracking tool that you did not bulb it with the Engineer.

You get points from me.
That's one of the interesting things with Civ4, how much of the tech tree it's possible to skip if you're that inclined.

I'd also be down for another game with the same format. Mjmd, I thought you picked a good one (although I'm biased).
After reading the threads, I kind of wanted to step away from Civ for a bit as well. I wasn't liking the person I was becoming in those last couple reports. But keep my name in the hat if we roll another random game. Too few Civ4 players around. Don't want the population to reduce below a self-sustaining mass.
Again, good game all. The post-mortem will come when I've had a bit more time to process.
There is no way to peace. Peace is the way.

I don't hold anyone accountable for things said 200+ turns into the game, emotions run high at that point.
I also need to post a mortem, but very good game all, this was one of the best.

And I'm entirely down for a sequel game, with FAR more immature thread titles.

I would love to play in a sequel game to this one with the same settings. If the price of admission is an uncharacteristically immature thread title, then so be it. .
But, how soon are you thinking of starting the next one? I get that the players in this one probably want a break, but how long of a break? A break the length of a whole other game?
Participat ed in: Pitboss 40 (lurked by Mr. Cairo), Pitboss 45 (lurked by Charriu and chumchu), Pitboss 63 (replaced Mr. Cairo), Pitboss 66, Pitboss 69, Pitboss 74, Pitboss 81 (lurking giraflorens),
Participat ing in: Pitboss 78 (lurked by GT), Pitboss 79 (lurking giraflorens), Pitboss 83 (lurking Krill),
Criticism welcome!
