Oh you have got to be kidding me. I know I make mistakes but what the hell...
Looks like in one of my important replies to Amelia I tried to copy it to sareln and Mr Yellow as well, someone It ended up only going to Sareln and Mr Yellow. No wonder Communication broke down into silence with Amelia. I must have looked crazy *sigh*

Yes. The sound of a million lurkers screaming for blood suddenly crying out and then being suddenly silenced in an instance.
...
Here have this Armageddon to cheer you up.

Also on the note of the Grimore I would have liked to have been able to make a plan to use it. But it would take to long to get a tech to leapfrog from. Especially with war looming and some crazy guy boosting the AC. At least Krill won't get much from it either.
This game may be dying. Everyone took a full 24 hours to decide what to do about Stephanous appearing, meaning it took over a week to play one turn, and now Sareln needs to drop out due to lack of time. With no replacement appearing he's trying to keep playing the turn for us but has held it for 3-4 days now.
I may cry if this dies the exact turn before summoning Krill and AC mega push.
But I also fear that the rise in AC and the choas it causes is why people have been taking "extra time" with the turns, which causes even longer gaps between play as people are out of the groove. Perhaps I should have complained about people taking extra time? probably not. We are back after a Holiday break and it would probably be unsportsmanlike to push for speed the first turn back. But are my fellow players going to feel the need to take extra time for the next two turns as well? What with my violent AC push planned? If that's the case I now worry that I am actually going to kill the game due to everyone slowing things down until this dies from stagnation
If this does happen, lurkers take note; A Armageddon play can destory the world and win you the game. But it may destroy the turnspeed and stop the game before that happens.
Learn from other peoples mistakes (if mistakes they are.)
If it's any consolation, PBEM VI also has a very slow pace, but the game will eventually be finished. It's just a matter of keep on playing.
Here's a suggestion: ask Krill if he can take Sareln's civ and let me play the infernals . It could work, if it wasn't for the fact that Krill probably wants to play the Infernals and that I'd probably play just to help you winning the game, which would be unfair to the others.

I will mention that idea in the tech thread but I think Krill has been looking forward to playing the demons and others will point out the unfairness of it... of course they could want a quicker elf player enough to go for it.
The save is moving onwards... now where did I put that "Krill enters the game" post?
